Led by bilingual local hosts, this hands-on experience invites you to actively participate in the preparation of a traditional asado. You will learn how to build and manage the fire, prepare a homemade chimichurri sauce, and understand the cultural importance of the asador, a key figure in Argentine gatherings.

Throughout the experience, you will discover a selection of premium Argentine meat cuts, carefully chosen for their quality. Each cut is prepared and served in stages, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavors while enjoying wine and engaging with fellow guests.

Beyond the culinary aspect, this experience also focuses on storytelling and cultural exchange, offering insight into Argentine traditions, food culture, and the social meaning behind sharing an asado.

Your experience begins upon arrival at a traditional house in Buenos Aires, where your hosts will welcome you into a relaxed and social atmosphere. You will be introduced to the meaning of asado in Argentine culture and its role as a shared ritual centered around food and connection.

The activity continues with a hands-on introduction to fire management, where you will learn how to properly start and maintain the grill. You will also prepare chimichurri sauce using a traditional recipe and assist in key steps of the cooking process, including seasoning the meat and understanding cooking stages.

As the experience unfolds, you will explore different premium cuts of Argentine meat, learning about their characteristics and preparation techniques. The food is served in stages, paired with drinks, allowing you to enjoy each flavor at its best.

You can choose between two available schedules: a lunch experience starting at 12:30 PM or an evening experience starting at 5:30 PM, both offering the same activities and duration.

Additionally, you may select between the standard experience, which includes selected wines, or upgrade to a premium wine pairing featuring three high-end Argentine wines from renowned wineries, served throughout the experience.

The experience is enriched with storytelling moments, where your hosts will share insights about Argentine traditions, local culture, and the importance of asado as a social gathering. The activity concludes with dessert, closing a complete and memorable culinary journey.
