An overnight program in Buenos Aires including a private city tour and a Dinner Tango Show

Our guide will be waiting for you at the airport for your transfer to the hotel, to leave the lugagge and start a 4-hour private city tour to explore the most famous corners of the capital city of Argentina: La Boca, San Telmo, Plaza de Mayo with the Cabildo, Casa Rosada, and the Metropolitan Cathedral, then Avenida 9 de Julio with the Obelisk, Recoleta and its famous cemetery, Puerto Madero, a renovated area of the old port of Buenos Aires, and finally Palermo. We also include a wonderful Tango Dinner Show at one of the famous tango houses in Buenos Aires. You can choose from El Viejo Almacen, Tango Porteño, La Ventana, Michelangelo, El Querandi, Aljibe, Esquina Homero Manzi, Tango Carlos Gardel, Piazzolla Tango, Mansión Tango, or opt for something more exclusive like Gala Tango and Rojo Tango. We will include a tango lesson free of charge for you or if you prefer a wine tasting.

DAY 1

Arrive to Buenos Aires

Wecome to Buenos Aires! The Capital city of Argentina is a vibrant and cosmopolitan city known for its rich cultural heritage, eclectic architecture, and passionate lifestyle.

After arrival, our guide will be waiting for you, with your transfer. You will leave the lugagge at the hotel and start a private city tour to discover Buenos Aires in a 4-hour tour.

Start visiting Plaza de Mayo, the historic and political heart of Buenos Aires, where you can see the Casa Rosada, the Metropolitan Cathedral, and the Cabildo. Then, we head to San Telmo, one of the oldest neighborhoods, known for its cobblestone streets, colonial buildings, and lively bohemian atmosphere. We continue to La Boca, famous for its brightly painted houses, vibrant street art, and the historic Caminito street museum. Then, we will explore Puerto Madero, a modern and upscale waterfront district featuring the iconic Puente de la Mujer. Conclude your tour around noon in Recoleta, an elegant neighborhood with European architecture and the renowned Recoleta Cemetery, where many famous Argentinians, including Eva Perón, are buried. This tour highlights the historical, cultural, and modern facets of Buenos Aires, providing a comprehensive snapshot of the city. Wear comfortable shoes, check the weather, bring a camera, and knowing a few basic Spanish phrases can enhance your experience.

Return to the hotel and free time until your pick up for a wonderful Dinner Tango Show in Buenos Aires including a Tango Lesson in any of the famous Tango Houses of Buenos Aires. If you prefer, we can offer a wine tasting instead of the tango lesson.  Return to the hotel around midnight.

DAY 2

Good bye Buenos Aires!

After breakfast, free time until your transfer out to airport. If you leave late, you can add some optional activities.
